  • Made to order
Some of our Jewellery collections are made-to-order items that we do not have in stock.  This pieces we do not accept any returns or exchanges. The production begins after your order is confirmed, delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks and 3-6 days if in stock. 
  • Make it personal
To make a piece of jewelery more personal, we offer different types of engraving, symbols, numbers and personal messages that express your feelings. A piece of jewelery with a personal engraving is a very popular gift that adds that little extra. To order a "Make It Personal" piece of jewelery, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service by email or by phone + 46 (08) 612 12 40 Monday-Friday between 09.00 & 17.00 (closed for lunch 12.00-13.00). * For all our wedding rings, engraving is free of charge. If you buy your ring online, you are welcome to contact Customer Service to include the engraving in your order.
