What personal data do we collect?

Sophie by Sophie collects the information primarily from you as a customer. Examples of personal data that we might collect are your name and other contact details such as phone number, email address or physical address. Sophie by Sophie may update your information from other public records if it is necessary in order to maintain good registry care.

Sophie by Sophie registers personal data in connection with:

  • Notification of a service offered through the various platforms offered by the Company.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest. The processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in being able to market our company and our products and services if you have previously purchased a product from us or created a user account but not completed the purchase.
