Returns and exchanges
Returns
We offer you the right of return for 30 days from the date you have picked up your item (s) and apply a return fee of 39 SEK. We seal our jewellery and returns apply to unbroken sealing (sealing or tag broken/removed is not accepted). Please note that we don't accept returns with made-to-order products.
If you do not collect your package from a service point, we charge a fee of 150 SEK/NOK, 125 DKK, 15 EUR, 20 USD. This is for shipping and handling charges.
*Please note that this does not apply to our Fine Jewellery made-to-order itiems. As this jewellery is made to order, for which we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Return fee of 39 SEK which is deducted from your refund. The fee applies to all products and to the handling and administration of returns.
How to make a return:
Returns within Sweden - Cost for return is 39 SEK:
1. Go to this link here and fill in your # order number and email address. Then select the product/s you want to return and enter the reason for the return.
Please note: If your jewellery was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance with your return.
2. We seal all our jewellery and these must be unbroken for the return to be valid. Pack the product/a in its original packaging together with the delivery note.
3. Take the package to your nearest PostNord location and show the QR code where they will print a return label for you.
4. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that during the summer months it may take longer for us to process your return.
Return outside Sweden:
1. Complete the attached return form with all product(s) and purchase information.
Please note: If your jewellery was purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance with your return.
2. We seal all our jewellery and these must be unbroken for the return to be valid. Pack the product/a in its original packaging together with the delivery note. Then send the return form and the unused products in the original packaging to the address below:

3. You are responsible for the return and if not also agreed the shipping cost. Items that are lost in the return shipping will not be compensated for by Sophie by Sophie.
4. The refund will be made within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (s). Please note, during summer semester it may take longer for us to process your return.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange one or more products of your order for a different size or something else, make a normal return (follow the steps for returns above). You send back the product(s) you want to exchange and then place a new order.
Remember that the item (s) must be sent n the same condition and sealed together with the original packages.
Reclaim
To create a complaint case, please follow the steps above. Our reclaim is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, within this time, complaints are free of charge as long as we consider it to be a valid complaint and you have bought it from our webbshop (sophiebysophie.com) or at our flagship store at NK Stockholm. Please upload your receipt and a picture of the product.
When received the item we will make assessment if it needs repairing for a cost or no cost, exchanging or refunded. If the purchase are made from our retailers you have to make the complaint with them. If our products or services fail to live up to our high standards for any reason, please reach out to our Customer Loyalty Team at info@sophiebysophie.com.
