Returns

We offer you the right of return for 30 days from the date you hav picked up your item (s). We seal our jewellery and returns apply to unbroken sealing. Please note that we don't accept returns with made-to-order products. 

How to make a return:

Free returns within Sweden:

1. Fill out the attached return form whit all the product (s) and purchase details.
Please note: If your jewellery has been purchased from on of our retailers, contact them directly for help with your return.

2. We seal all our jewellery and these must be unbroken. Send the return form and the unused product (S) in its original packages.

Return with PostNord: Use the included return slip and stick it on the package. Drop it off at one of Postnords service points.

Return with Budbee: Click on the link send by SMS or via Budbee's app, then you can enter the order you want to return. Then click on the "book return" button and follow the steps from Budbee. You don't need to print a return lable.

3.The refund will be made within 14 business days of receiving the returned item (s). Please note, during summer semester it may take longer for us too process your return.

Outside Sweden:

1. Fill out the attached return form whit all the product (s) and purchase details.
Please note: If your jewellery has been purchased from on of our retailers, contact them directly for help with your return.

2. We seal all our jewellery and these must be unbroken. Send the return form and the unused product (s) in its original packages to the adress below:

3. You are responsible for the return and if not agreed also the shipping cost. Items that are lost in the return shipping will not be compensated for by Sophie by Sophie.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one or more pieces of your. order for another size or something else, you do a regular return. You send back the piece (s) you want to exchange and then place a new order.

Remember that the item (s) must be sent n the same condition and sealed together with the original packages.  

Reclaim

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our reclaim is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (orders after May 2022), within this time, complaints are free of charge as long as we consider it to be a valid complaint and you have bought it from our webbshop (sophiebysophie.com) or at our flagship store at NK Stockholm. Save your receipt. If our products or services fail to live up to our high standards for any reason, please reach out to our Customer Loyalty Team at info@sophiebysophie.com.
