RETURN POLICY
Return
We offer you the right of return for 30 days and apply a return fee of SEK 39* from the date you collect your order.
We seal our jewellery and returns apply unbroken seal (sealing or tag is broken/removed is not accepted). Please note that we do not accept returns with custom items.
Return fee
Return fee of SEK 39 which is deducted from your refund. The fee applies to all products and to the handling and administration of returns.
Package not collected
If you do not collect your package from a service point, we charge a fee of 150 SEK/NOK, 125 DKK, 15 EUR, 20 USD. This is for shipping and handling charges.

Refund
When the return has been received and checked by us, we will send you an email that we have received your return. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that during the summer and high season it may take longer for us to process your return. We apply a return fee of SEK 39 which will be deducted from your refund.

- Made-to-order and engraved products (Made-to-order)
- Gift cards
