Guarantee
- We want you to be completely satisfied with our products now and in the future. We do everything to ensure that every Sophie by Sophie products are of the highest quality.
- If you are not satisfied, we promise to do our best to correct it.
- Sophie by Sophie therefore provide a three year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.
- This warranty applies only to jewellery that is cared for and used according to our instructions (product care guide) and that has a certificate completed and signed by us or an authorized reseller.
- In other respects relating to warranty and purchase, Swedish law applies and any dispute will be settled by a competent Swedish court.
