Is your full collection available online?

We offer the carefully selected items you see. For special requirements please let us know by e-mail to info@sophiegyllenhammar.com and we answer within a short period of time.

 

What is your return policy?

Sophie Gyllenhammar will accept items for exchange or return if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. Exchanges will be made on the same item only and will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only to your credit card. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier forwarded mail and retain your receipt. Sophie Gyllenhammar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

What is your repair policy?

We will repair any design purchased through sophiegyllenhammar.comĀ Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

We will not sell, share or trade any personal information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via mail and/or electronically via email.
